An indulgent deluxe half-day morning experience for max 30 guests on the exquisite Tivua Private Island. Be met with a cold towel and a glass of bubbles as you board your 30 min high highspeed transfer to Tivua Private Island. Enjoy the vast expanses of uncrowded aqua blue water and white sand as you swim, snorkel, paddle, join a marine biologist led glass bottom boat tour, nature walks and even plant a coral. You can relax in your own private shade cabana and enjoy a light brunch and champagne before you return to Nadi.
7 Night Southern Lau Expedition

Take this intimate 7 night journey into the islands of the remote northern Lau group and you will experience fascinating history as well as rugged unspoilt beauty. Explore the deserted leper colony and giant clam farm at Makogai, the incredible mushroom shaped rocks of Vanua Balavu Bay of Islands as well as the pristine Vatu Vara, Wailagilala and much more.
We are full steam ahead with cruises and can't wait to welcome you aboard. As of the 14th Feb 2023, entry requirements into Fiji have been removed. No longer do you need to show your vaccination status or have a prebooked PCR test.
For the protection of the remote communities of the outer islands, Captain Cook Cruises requires passengers boarding our 7-night Remote North Cruise and 7 or11 night Lau cruises to have a mandatory preboarding RAT test. The pre-voyage screenings are for the protection of all the remote communities on the remote islands that we visit. Many of these isolated communities have little or no access to medical facilities or supplies, so to protect them, Captain Cook Cruises requires all passengers to complete a COVID Rapid Antigen Test (RAT test) within 24 hours of boarding the ship.
You can achieve this in various ways: 1) From 10am on the day we can direct you to our medical partners in Port Denarau for them to conduct a test for you at a cost of $35 .2) Provide a letter from any professional medical provider with their name and stamp certifying that you have produced a negative test within the allowed time period 3) Complete your own RAT test before coming to the counter or when you arrive on departure day. Photograph it with your phone and show it to check in staff on arrival – Please note that the photograph will need to have a time stamp on it to show the test was taken within the defined period.
Please be aware that in line with our policy of protecting the remote communities of the outer islands our staff are required to deny boarding to any passengers who refuse to comply with this process. Should boarding be denied, a credit note may be issued for future cruises, but no refunds will be allowed.
