General Conditions:
Cruise Certificates are open dated and not available on special event cruises. To book your preferred cruise departure please contact your local Captain Cook Cruises reservations office and quote your Reservation Number as it appears on this certificate (please book early to avoid disappointment). Cruises may be extended to a 7 night cruise at the best available rate at time of booking for additional nights. Tickets will be issued upon return of this original certificate to Captain Cook Cruises. Photo ID is required to cruise. Arrangements and expenses for travel to and from the ship, activities or services not normally included in the cruise fare and fuel surcharges are your own responsibility. Cruise certificates are non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. If a certificate is lost prior to its expiry there is a reissue administration fee of $50 which is non-refundable. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the Passenger Cruise Contract and/ or Conditions of Carriage. Unused or expired cruise certificates cannot be extended, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
